I gave up beef when watching an anti-meat documentary on how cows were killed. I gave up chicken when fasting and realizing I wasn't in pain, after having been for 17 years, from not eating chicken. I only eat fish now hoping to alleviate that also. I have started juicing, smoothying and eating more vegetables and fruits.
